Can you believe Easter is upon us? For many of you this is a Holy Day and you may be wondering about Easter services. We would like to suggest a very special Sunrise Service being held this Sunday, March 31st at the Haleiwa Ali`i Beach Park. It will begin at 6:30am, followed by a free continental breakfast! What better way to start your Easter morning than with sunrise at the beach?
For those of you with young children who are looking for a fun way to enjoy Easter, you might want to check out the Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday, March 30th at Gunstock Ranch! This annual event has been taking place there for 25 years! There will be over 6,000 eggs “hidden” in one of their nearby pastures and children will be divided into 4 age groups…3 and under, 4-7, 8-10, and 10-12 (children must wear covered shoes as the pasture can be a bit rocky and uneven). The event will start at 10am sharp so please arrive by 9:30 to allow time to park and find the age group for your child. There will also be free horseback rides and a free petting zoo! Sound exciting? Gunstock Ranch is located at 56-250 Kamehameha Hwy. in Lai`e. They suggest you check their website, gunstockranch.com, for directions and not rely on your GPS since signals are sometimes lost out in the “country”.
However you choose to spend your Easter, whether hunting eggs, attending church services, or enjoying a great Easter brunch at one of the North Shores’ many fine restaurants, may your weekend be especially wonderful! Happy Easter from Seek Spot by Be Our Guest!
