His name is John Wesley Adams and his calling is cooking. John, who has been a private chef for the past five years and in the cooking profession for 26 years, says he’s been in the kitchen since he was 15 years old! He found he liked cooking and, even better, he was good at it. John has had many opportunities over the years to learn from some great chefs and he has never tired of the creativity found in food preparation. In 2007 he decided to go out on his own and began being a private chef. John says this particularly suits him because he loves meeting new people and he loves cooking for people in their homes, whether for a special occasion or just a relaxing “evening in”.
