Pre-arrival: Download and attach this Welcome Letter to reservation confirmation email and other ongoing communication with your guest. This document is designed to provide guidance to guests and compliment your efforts in this area.
Upon Arrival: Once guests arrive, you can refer them to the Seek Spot Directory placed in their property unit as well as www.seekspot.com website which provides great information. References to Seek Spot Concierge can be found inside the 2018 directory.
Proactive Pre-Arrival: The Seek Spot Concierge team is trained to reach out to guests to welcome them and offer to assist them with their trip planning. This typically involves sending a brief email that congratulates them on their trip to Hawaii and offers to help them with their trip planning. This is a free service.
