The February 14 Valentine’s buffet dinner created by Executive Chef Hector Morales features a pork loin carving station, creamy fettuccine Alfredo and tender strip loin steak. Chef Morales will be on-hand throughout the evening preparing his signature wok-seared garlic shrimp. A chocolate fountain dipping station will round out the dinner. The dinner buffet will be available from 6 – 8p.m. and followed by A Touch of Gold, who will serenade guests with their unique sound of “Motown Hawaiian Style”– a soulful blend of the spirit of Aloha and the sweetness of R&B. Romantic moonlit canoe rides will also be offered throughout the evening at no additional charge.
“We’re taking all of the stress out of planning a special Valentine’s evening and guests can leave all the work to us. All they have to do is show up,” said Leimana Fonoimoana, PCC’s Hawaiʻi sales manager. “Nowhere else on the island will you be able to find such a great value with three elements of romance for the price of one.”
The grandious Gateway will be redecorated to create a more intimate atmopshere complete with flowing drapery, chandaliers, center pieces, candles and other romantic lighting effects to set the mood.
Pre-sale tickets are $25 per person, $28 at the door. Tickets include the buffet dinner, A Touch of Gold concert and moonlit canoe ride. Seating is limited. For reservations, call the PCC ticket office at (808) 293-3333 or visit PCCKamaaina.com. Group prices available.
The Valentine’s package is a part of the PCC’s 50th anniversary celebration. Special pricing and promotions will be unveiled throughout the year and the annual cultural festivals and special events will include added bells and whistles.
